We take responsibility for giving babies the best foundation for development. And we support all medical professionals who share the same goal. The scientific exchange in our network and MAM research go far beyond the basics of product development. For example, our healthcare partners can access a wealth of material and current works on SIDS as well as a wide range of studies and information materials in the MAM Study Database.
Early Childhood Caries (ECC) affects teeth shortly after they appear and can lead to complete destruction of dentition. The pioneering project at the Jena University Clinic has set the goal of preventing this form of caries. MAM has supported this project from the beginning with product samples, information materials and financial backing.
MAM provides active support for the international research community, currently working on reducing the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrom (SIDS).
For dissemination of research and knowledge on the risk of SIDS, MAM works closely with expert organisations around the world to raise awareness of recommended preventative measures to further reduce the risk as much as possible.
